Delivery:

All Repair Orders placed with us do come with a Free Returns Service and Return Delivery Via Royalmail tracked 24. This comes with upto £500 insurance cover for loss of items. Supposed you wish to insure your item over the £500 please use your own courier to send the item to us. It is your responsibility to fully examine your item upon receipt from us to ensure all is intact, supposed you have any issues  or damaged during transit by the courier upon receiving your device please contact us immediately. We do aim to ship out your device the same day it had been repaired and this should get to you the following day or day after.

A copy of the receipt from the post office would be required for us to process any claims in the very rare occasion when your device is lost or damaged in the post.

 

International customers (Purchases outside of the UK)

As it is time consuming and costly to arrange courier collections overseas, all international customers are required to book their own courier to send the device to us for repairs, and an additional £20 is required so we can send the device back upon repairing it.
